Help with an existing order
Fourthwall is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, fulfillment, tracking, returns, refunds, and other order-specific questions. Use the support link in your order confirmation or tracking email so the support team can locate the purchase.
Have your order number ready. For damage, defects, misprints, or an incorrect item, include clear photos and report the problem within 30 days of delivery.
