When will my order arrive?
Most items are made to order, so timing varies by product, destination, and season. The current estimate and available shipping methods are shown before payment. Tracking is emailed after shipment.
What payment methods are accepted?

Where do orders ship from?
Physical products are printed and shipped from Fourthwall's global fulfillment network. The carrier and origin shown at checkout depend on the product and delivery address.

Returns and quality
What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Because products are made to order, general returns and sizing exchanges are not accepted. Verified defects, misprints, or fulfillment errors are covered. Report the problem within 30 days of delivery using the support link in your order confirmation and include your order number and clear photos when relevant.

Is the artwork original?
Yes. The visual concepts were created for Coder Cats and are not licensed characters or official merchandise from unrelated games, software companies, entertainment properties, or open-source projects. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Can I use Coder Cats artwork for my own project?
The artwork is sold for personal use on products. Commercial reuse, resale, or redistribution of the artwork itself is not allowed without explicit permission.
