Made-to-order production

Most Coder Cats physical products are made after an order is placed. Production time varies by item, fulfillment partner, destination, and seasonal volume.

Delivery estimates and methods

The current estimated delivery window and available shipping methods are shown during Fourthwall checkout. Estimates are not guarantees. Most standard Fourthwall orders generally arrive in approximately 7–10 business days, but some products, split shipments, destinations, holidays, or disruptions can take longer.

Tracking

Fourthwall emails tracking information for physical orders after shipment. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Split shipments

Products may be made or stored at different facilities. One order may arrive in multiple packages, and shipping may be calculated per shipment.

Address accuracy

Review the shipping address before submitting the order. If you notice an error, use the order-support link immediately. Changes are not guaranteed after production begins.

International orders

Available destinations appear at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination fees. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country or carrier.

Delayed or missing packages

Check the tracking page, delivery location, household members, neighbors, and any carrier notice. If the package remains missing, use the support link in your Fourthwall order email. Carrier claims have waiting periods and deadlines; Fourthwall will provide the current instructions for the shipment.
