Store and checkout roles
Coder Cats presents the collection and connects available products to a checkout operated by Fourthwall. Fourthwall acts as Merchant of Record for purchases and handles payment processing, applicable sales-tax and VAT collection, fulfillment coordination, and order-related support. Fourthwall’s terms, privacy notice, return policy, and the information shown at checkout also apply to a purchase. If these Website Terms conflict with mandatory consumer law or Fourthwall’s checkout terms for an order it processes, the applicable law and Fourthwall order terms control for that transaction.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse checkout, or use site content in violation of intellectual-property or other rights.
Product information
We work to present accurate descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Product mockups illustrate intended artwork and placement. Screen settings, materials, print processes, and production variation may cause minor differences. Live price, variant availability, shipping estimate, taxes, and order total are confirmed at checkout.
We may correct errors, update content, or remove products. Nothing on the site guarantees that a product or variant will remain available.
Orders, shipping, and returns
Orders are subject to Fourthwall’s checkout acceptance, payment authorization, production availability, shipping rules, and return policy. Most products are made to order. Review the Shipping page and Returns & Refunds page before buying.
Intellectual property
The Coder Cats name, site presentation, original artwork, text, and other original content are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. Purchasing a product transfers ownership of that physical item; it does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, source artwork, or permission to reproduce or commercially exploit the design.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Coder Cats is not affiliated with a third party merely because a product references general developer, gaming, science, fantasy, or internet culture.
Feedback
If you voluntarily send suggestions, you permit us to use them without an obligation to compensate you, but you retain ownership of any rights you already hold in your own materials. Do not send confidential information or third-party content you lack permission to share.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the informational website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. These disclaimers do not limit rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bradley F. Matera and Coder Cats will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the informational storefront. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not replace Fourthwall’s obligations as Merchant of Record for an order.
Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
Governing law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection law of your location must apply.
